"We felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Low income community. May be subsidized housing area. Looked truly run down. Garage dumpster in front of the establishment. Bed extremely hard. 1 small room. Another guest parked in our parking spot that corresponds with our rental space and detailed in our reservation. Therefore, WE were advised by the host to park else on their property."

I eventually contacted VRBO customer service who did their due diligence and eventually cancelled my reservation and set me up to receive a full refund. "
