Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

A lovely friendly welcome by Juneth, who gave us lots of useful advice and helped with restaurant recommendations & reservations. All the hotel staff were as friendly & helpful - esp the breakfast staff. Great location & an authentic Italian experience. Highly recommend & we will come again.

This is an okay hotel.
Pluses: pretty good location, easy walking distance to the old city center and major sights. The suite was very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. And the bathroom was great - best shower ever.
Cons: our non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. The bed was not super comfortable - very firm, flat hard pillows, and no duvet; just a sheet and one rather scratchy blanket. Staff were polite but not friendly, and on our one full evening there, we could not go up to the rooftop bar because of a private event happening - which no one ever communicated in advance. Lastly, breakfast had lots of options, but none of them great quality.
