Casa Primavera, a Home in Madeira

Casa Primavera is a recently renovated rural house near the town of Ponta do Sol, which is recommended for walkers, sports enthusiasts and anyone who wants to stay away from urban centres.

The house has an area of 88 m² and includes a bedroom with a double bed (150 × 200 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90 × 190 cm), a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with dining table.

Outside, there is a garden with a variety of flowers and a terrace with a barbecue and a spacious living area, with a hammock to relax in the late afternoon and enjoy the fabulous sunsets, with especially intense colours in autumn. There is free parking on the property.

It also includes a refrigerator, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, fans, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The house is in a rural area 450 m above sea level and 6 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafés.

About 400 m away there is a supermarket and about 150 m away there is a small restaurant and café.

Ponta do Sol lies in the south-west of the island, the area of Madeira with the best weather conditions.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurisilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

A car is recommended; the property has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

Rural area, with insects and lizards naturally present and possible noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties.

There is minor building work at a house in the neighbourhood, which may cause noise during the day.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
