Worse of all the Property Manager insinuated that we may have broken the towel rack instead of us finding it that way. "Our host João was very kind and helpful. The property was very good and was as described in the listing. It included all the facilities that we needed and was located a 10 minute walk away from Central Funchal. All in all it served as a lovely base to explore the rest of Madeira from."

"I loved my stay at Casa Caramelo. Irina was such a warm and welcoming host, with lots of great tips for exploring Madeira. The flat was perfect, with everything I needed for my stay. It was lovely to have access to the courtyard area, which had plenty of sun and shade if needed and it great fun to play with Enola, Irina's beautiful German Shepherd dog.
