Ocean view with balcony , was disappointed there was almost no local fruits and foods . Rooms were very clean , nice bathrooms , but hallways you could see lots of dust and dirt . Pool area great well maintained clean .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riu Madeira Palace in October. The staff was lovely and so efficient. The property is gorgeous and I can’t think of one thing we wished for. The food was great. As a Celiac the buffet was clearly labeled and I felt confident making choices and ate a variety without getting sick. The self serve coffee and beverages made morning sunrises a favorite. The views are spectacular and the are made for lovely walks. We would go back in a heartbeat.

★★★★★ Exceptional Hospitality at RIU Madeira! We had a wonderful experience at RIU Madeira Resort! We arrived at the hotel before 9 AM, and even though our room wasn't ready yet, the staff warmly welcomed us and allowed us to enjoy the resort's amenities and breakfast right away. What impressed us even more was the flexibility on our departure day. Since our flight wasn't until 10 PM, we were allowed to continue enjoying the resort's facilities, relaxing, and having snacks even after checking out. This level of hospitality and flexibility made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For this exceptional hospitality alone, RIU Madeira deserves five stars! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira!
