"Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, but really felt like we were in a neighborhood where people live and go to school, which made it feel special. The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. "The location to the train station could not have been better, it's literally across the street! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the checkout time was generous. Beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and I was thankful that the windows worked, since the AC they advertised on Expedia did not work, nor did the phones to call reception about it. I believe there might be local laws preventing it, but I stayed in a much cheaper place the night before and didn't experience a lack of AC. Basically you have to choose between the blackout curtains or being a little more comfortable. The lack of AC was the only real issue. Everything else was nice."
