“I stayed at this hotel for five days with my partner, specifically selecting it for its advertised air conditioning—we were arriving during nearly 100-degree heat. Despite knowing our arrival dates, the hotel's AC never functioned. Our room had only one small window with no air circulation, and constant noise from the room above made sleep nearly impossible. Between the oppressive heat and the disturbances, I did not sleep for the first four nights.
