New Hotel De Lives
New Hotel De Lives"I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available...
"Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to city. Excellent dinner at the grill."
