We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time at this resort. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful grand entrance and impressive architecture give the property a very special feel. The resort itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the food. The buffet had a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved the layout of the restaurants and the overall dining experience. The cleaning staff deserves a special mention as well — they were friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. The pool area was another highlight. There were plenty of activities around the pool, creating a fun and lively atmosphere without taking away from the relaxing resort experience. And of course, the beach was absolutely beautiful! The beach and the gorgeous water were definitely among our favorite parts of the trip. There were just a few things that could be improved. We noticed an unpleasant bathroom- type odor in the elevator and hallway near our room, the room floor could have been mopped a little better before check-in, and bathroom necessities could have been replenished more generously. We also experienced a delayed check-in and would have appreciated a little more assistance from the hotel staff while we waited. These were relatively small things compared to everything we enjoyed about the resort. We’ll be back.

The location is excellent, and the on-site restaurants are really good. The staff are very helpful.
