The apartment is located in the settlement Kukci only 3 km from the beach and the center of Porec.Kukci is only a stone's throw away from Porec, a small shop and restaurant 5 minutes on foot, large supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).
