Very comfortable remodeled mid century modern three bedroom screened in lanai home with salt water pool and brand new hot tub. Centrally located with quick access to fishing, the nightlife scenes and tropical daytime attractions of Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Cape Coral and not far from some of the best beaches on the Southwest Coast of Florida. A 3 bedroom house with all the modern necessities plus the most relaxing amenities imaginable on site.
