Warm, open suite in cottage on the bay.
It feels warm here. This open suite gives you a space large enough to sprawl out in without losing the cozy softness of the cottage by the sea. The open concept keeps you connected with only the bathroom being separate. The kitchen is minimal, but includes an induction hot plate, air fryer / oven, microwave and sink. The plush, dark chair will fold down to accomodate an extra guest if the bed's capacity has been reached. There is yard access which abuts the bay for wave, weather and waterfowl watching.

Great location with a really good bar/ restaurant nearby. Fairly compact but contains all you need when all you want to do is go out and explore the island. Very clean and beautifully decorated.
We enjoyed this cozy, beautifully decorated cottage for the trip to mysterious, beautiful Haida Gwaii so much. All the amenities we needed for the 7 night stay. Our host was very responsive and courteous. Such a great location between two major cities for exploration. A cafe and pub steps away, and the amazingly well stocked Bay Market as well. We would love to return.
A very well appointed and located sea-side charmer. Clean as a whistle, comfy beds, beautiful linens and decor. The management was welcoming and very helpful. And it is next to a great eatery/bakery and steps from the well stocked community grocer/convenience store.
Cute cottage with 2 units in it, one at front and one at back. We stayed in the front one. It had a very comfortable queen bed, with small kitchen area & sitting area with table & chairs along with chaise lounge & a sofa. It held all essentials - mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, etc., that one needed for the 2 nights we were there. It was quite cosy & comfortable with the fireplace going as the evenings were still quite chilly being that it was the start of May.

Very nice place to stay for short term. Lacked storage for longer stays. Everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again
Everything about the process and stay was clear and professional. Enjoyed the room, the village and the ease of getting around from this central location.
We were delighted with this property! The cafe was literally next door and it served delicious homemade food, the best cauliflower soup I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for peace and quiet and not a touristy place I highly recommend it! We watched the birds from the front and a deer visiting..
James place is central and in a quiet area. Love this cozy, clean suite and the interesting decorations. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved the Cafe, General store and the Restaurant overlooking the ocean. It is very cental and only a 20 mins. drive to the location of The Edge Of The WORLD Music Festival.James was always prompt in getting back to me regarding any enquires. Will definitely stay there again, if the opportunities arises.

It was a comfortable little suite. The locals were very friendly. And after 4:00 p.m. the town is very quiet. There is a local walking trail close by and lots of opportunities to beachcomb. The local grocery store is well stocked and has a great variety of everything you may need. Port Clements is in a good location to be able to do day trips to Masset and Beyond. We did not experience the pub although it looked great. I would definitely recommend this property. The host was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond.
Pretty shabby the house needs a lot of work. The owner is nice but the house is a bit run down. The suite we were in had many little nooks and crannies that really needed to be updated. I’m not sure I would recommend this unless you’re willing to crawl around to get to awe’re in had many little nooks and crannies that really needed to be updated. I’m not sure I would recommend this unless you’re willing to crawl around to get to a bathroom or get to a refrigerator that is under the stairs very low stairs.
