Top level has 3 bedrooms, 2 with ceiling fans, bathroom and separate toilet. The ground level consists of an open lounge, kitchen/dining and laundry area. It also includes a enclosed back yard which has outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ and a clothes line. 2 carports and off street parking are also available.

Perfect weekend stay
Perfect spot for my morning run along boomer beach coastline. Close to Victor and Horseshoe Bay. Check in and out was so easy. House was excellent.
