"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

"We visited St Helaire as a first family car trip to France. The travel days were a little stressful but ran so smoothly thanks to French roads being so much easier to drive along than British roads. The apartment was perfect, the views stunning especially at sunset. The sea breeze was cool and refreshing.we don't mind walking but thought that we were a little too far from things to want to walk everywhere. This is the only thing we could find that wasn't perfect and does not mean you can't walk...

"Le logement est très agréable, on s'est tout de suite sentis à l'aise.Équipements un peu insuffisants pour 7 (chaises fragiles, manque de bols ou certains couverts).La TV ne reçoit pas les chaînes de la TNT donc inutilisable.Approximations (infos non mises à jour)concernant l'évacuation des déchets.Malgré ces petits points nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maisonnette directement sur le sentier vélo."

10/10 Excellent

"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

Magnificent villa for large family with swimming pool

"We had a brilliant week and the house was beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 11 and the house absorbed us all easily and comfortably. The photographs on website do not do it justice. The location is fabulous as we were able to walk to the beach and into the little town where we found great restaurants and creperies not to mention ice creams! Pool area with shower and toilet was excellent. ( My only one very minor comment is that it would have been nice to have had two toilets upstairs ) We would definitely return. "

"Situé près d un golf au bord de l eau, l endroit est très sympathique et tranquille Nous avons profité du centre de thalassothérapie et de la piscine extérieure La terrasse du studio est un peu petite pour 4 petsonnes mais la literie est de qualité La kitchenette permet de préparer les petits déjeuners et repas Cafetière et bouilloire font partie des équipements Les appartements et chambres sont bien insonorisés et nous avons pu pleinement profiter de notre séjour La mer est très proche en voiture ainsi que diverses activités mini golf explora parc De belles pistes cyclables sécurisées permettent de belles balades Nous recommandons cet hébergement qui à également beaucoup plu à nos petits enfants Le personnel de l hotel est du spa etait attentionné et à l écoute Bref un très bon séjour "

"We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception. "

"Lovely, relaxing atmosphere with great pool area and beautiful sea views. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village. "
