“The property has the most wonderful views from its elevated position. The driveway is steep - but worth it. Imagine beautiful sunsets in front of a roaring fire on the deck in autumn - that’s what we got. (Not sure if the owners arranged the sunsets, but the fire & indoor wood burner were ready to light.) Kitchen was stocked with choice of cereals plus milk & juice for breakfast plus other nice touches. There were many appliances & cookware options and a BBQ to boot. Bathroom & kitchen……

“The hosts where excellent, the shack was clean, There where shops nearby, the yard being enclosed & a dog bowl outside where the only pet friendly aspects. Loved that there was wood & supplies for the fire & place & that there was one, but someone had tried to cook on it b4 us, & when we started the fire it smoked & my friend had to clean it, because the room was full of smoke...Loved this beautiful place & the surpise when we got there!... "We have booked 4 nights. Yet, there is no information on their changing towels and room cleansing for every 7 nights until we asked them to clean the room. It was after bargain that they gave 2 more sets of towels for us to use. The cleanliness had many rooms for improvement. The water boiler is dark in color, the kitchen floor is sticky, and most importantly, the cover of the toilet had some marks of stool. We have booked the property 2 months in advanced and had tried to contact the property through Hotels.com and the property's link but they never reply. We only succeed in contacting them using SMS after we landed in Australia and brought a sim card. It is suggested that the property has to be more serious in doing the business. Yet, Stanley is a nice place for visiting. "
