"We had a great time in the pool but nobody came out to skim off the bugs. The grill was great and saved some $ on going out. We got there 1hr 30 minutes early and was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. I never encountered that before. Not nice. When we came back at 3pm check in time we were told the room wasn’t ready. So we took another room since we would need to wait till 4pm for our room. No accommodation was made by the manager who was unapologetic unlike the receptionist who was very sweet and appropriate. Otherwise we love Hyatt house!"
