With sweeping ocean views of Champney’s Cove, Herring Cove, and across Robin Hood Bay to the Skerwink headland, the property is surrounded by natural beauty. Crown land at the rear features low growth flora, and a private trail winds through the woods to a hilltop lookout with breathtaking vistas of Trinity Bay.  
  
Port Rexton is part of the Bonavista Peninsula, about a 2.5-hour drive from St. John’s International Airport. The area is known for its vibrant food scene, with nearby favorites like Fisher’s Loft Fine Dining, Bonavista Social Club, and Two Whales Coffee Shop. The popular Port Rexton Brewing Co. is just a short drive away for locally crafted beers.  
  
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the famous Skerwink Trail, just minutes from the property.
