NEW Secluded 2.5-Acre Modern Retreat by Lake Michigan–Near Holland & Grand Haven
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful home with professionally landscaped outdoor area to relax or play some games. Somewhat in the woods but so close to everything…the lake, restaurants and shopping. "
"Amazing views, the sunsets are incredible and the hosts are communicative and left us a great local gift for our anniversary stay. Would stay again without a doubt!"
"Excellent accommodations. Beds were firm, the kitchen had everything we needed. The play yard was a perfect area for our 2 little grandchildren. The owner was easy to reach before and during our stay. There are beautiful parks and Lake Michigan beaches nearby. I do have one small complaint: some of the artwork is less than inspiring, but nobody cared! We just hung out at the fire pit or played pool!"
"This is a 2-ply toilet paper kind of place. The host has put thought into providing amenities and has everything well organized. We were easily able to find anything we needed. We had brought our own coffee, but were surprised they provided beans and a grinder. There was an air fryer too. The kid room with the bunk was fun for our little ones. The fan in the kid room keeps it cool and the unit in the upstairs master does a good job of keeping that room cool too. We were able to enjoy the back deck without many bugs at all. The host is really responsive and went out of their way to help us check in early. Highly recommend. "
Lake Michigan getaway close to beaches and boat launches

"The stay was great, the location is secluded and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but not far from many of the beaches and stores. We had an electric bike with us, it was fun riding it around and going down the sidewalks by the main road. It was a great place for star gazing as well, the light pollution was minimal. We wish it was cold enough for the fireplace. The home is spacious and well kept. I love that every room had a tv, it helped to entertain us. Overall it was a positive experience and he would recommend the home, the location and the host. Thank you for hosting us. Dave and family "

"Great place to stay for (multiple)families. Tons of space, large tables for puzzles and eatings. Lots of amenities including puzzles, games, toys for young kids, ping pool table, pool table and our kids favorite the indoor pool. Kayaking across the pond was also fun."
"Great home for families with a wonderful private beach. The home was very clean and provided all the items necessary for a perfect vacation. We will be back!"
