Since I booked through Expedia I was informed (rather rudely) at check-in that she would not enter my Choice points number. When I realized that we were booked for a second floor room instead of a higher floor room, she basically said since we had an "accessible" room she couldn't change it. When I told her that we didn't need "accessible", she said she couldn't change it. Not at all helpful or even pleasant about it. Upon entering the room, I realized that the room did not even resemble the photo of the room I thought I was getting. Instead of 2 queens in proximity, the two queens were separated by the bathroom. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, and it also had kitchen type cabinets and drawers However there was nothing in the except some coffee condiments (but not enough of those for 2 people). I would have liked wine glasses and perhaps some plates for our take-out food. Why bother with cupboards if you aren't going to put anything in them? The room needs at least a second chair for 2 people so one doesn't have to sit uncomfortably on the bed. There was no pen or paper in the room. We were gone all day on Thursday, except for about 15-20 minutes around 3pm. No one had come to make-up the room and replenish the room. This room cost far too much per night to be so sub-standard!!!
