Welcome to 33 Gloucester St nestled in Nelson Bay. This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom house offers stunning views and a private swimming pool for ultimate relaxation.

From the moment you walk in the door you will know that you are on holidays! This delightful split level home is the perfect choice for your next holiday. Featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of room for more than one family. There are two seperate living areas, one downstairs with air conditioning and access to the backyard, and then open plan living and dining upstairs. The upstairs dining area opens out onto the outdoor setting perfect for poolside entertaining. Relax and unwind with a BBQ at any time of day while the kids play in the pool, they wont want to leave!

The elevated position of the home gives you beautiful water views from the large balcony at the entrance of the house. This property is only a short walk to Dutchies Beach and just a 15 minute walk into Nelson Bay CBD where you will find shops, restaurants, beach, cafes and many other tourist attractions Nelson Bay has to offer!

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Interior needs some updating Bar-b-que wasn't clean and the pool area was untidy. On the whole, great location, plenty of room for family. Agents excellent. We will definitely book again
