The unit has a modern, air conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that flows out onto the undercover balcony with alfresco dining, gas BBQ and breathtaking views. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable modern furniture, Smart TV, DVD Player and ceiling fan, whilst the contemporary fully equipped kitchen boasts ceassa stone benchtops, family size fridge/freezer, complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and the bonus of water views from the kitchen window. The owners have provided a high chair, cot and change mat for guest convenience. There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and a renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, adult size bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and a secure single lock up garage available, suitable for small cars. This holiday will be as easy as just park the car and walk to all attractions, restaurants, beach, clubs and cafes as they are all at your fingertips.
