All excellent except dogs permitted indoors. I agree with assistance dogs but 2 of my travelling companions have had adverse experiences with dogs. One was bitten by a family pet the other chased down the street by a Rottweiler that had escaped through a fence. Given that neither of those attacks were reported there must be more than double the 24,000 annual reported attacks. In addition hygiene can be an issue if dogs go into food serving areas! Since the pandemic there has been a proliferation of dog friendly places!

Impressed with the quality and decor in my room, plus besides being well positioned in the town, the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was superb. Lovely helpful staff too :D

The hotel has a lovely setting but the rooms need some tlc. The restaurant was very expensive and thecresto and bar service was moderate. I wouldnt return!

Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return.

Such a unique property. We stayed in the room that Queen Victoria stayed in, and slept in the original bed, they also have the original 7 foot bathtub - best bath ever. The staff were so attentive.
