I found the staff lovely but a little disappointing that once I had enquired or asked them to do something they never followed up with me. This was in regards to a dress I had left behind on a tour and about the accommodation package. All in all I would recommend but cannot give 5 stars. "

"I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "

"The staff are simply beautiful. All amenities are reflected accordingly in their description. New cabins being built which will be exciting for people travelling there shortly. Chef John is awesome! You MUST have his croissants for breakfast. Make sure to pat ‘Lucky’ the cat, he is adorable "
