“如果有洗衣機就更加好喇，比如其它家庭旅館，多數都會有洗衣機的，就更加方便我們這些長途旅客。尤其是像現在冬天，我們都會帶的衣服比較多，出去外面洗衣店又要跑很遠，所以在房間內有洗衣幹衣機會更好。謝謝”

“Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“It was an okay stay. Bed was comfy and the room had a little kitchenette which had all the things needed to use it. Good shower pressure and air con was cooling well. Clean bedding and surfaces in most places. The view of the city and the bridge was great. Balcony was nice too. However though there were couple of issues. The windows were not suitable to stop the noise from the street (I can imagine that is due to facade being listed but still, feels like more can be done to secure windows as……

“位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。”

“Everything is very good. Fashion design, comfortable bed, clean room and good location to see the Douro river in the room. Only one disadvantage is the hot water is not enough for taking shower over 10 mins. ”

“The location is convenient, and the room was clean and spacious. Do note that there is no lift, so it might be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise, everything was good.”

“付款的房價令我有點期待，當看到酒店的房子時我是我是有點詫異的 ，有點舊。 但當進入房間時裝修得非常時尚，也很舒適，可以煮食。清楚看到河景 。 想住得寬敞及欣賞鄰近岸景值得考慮 如果有大行李的要考慮步行一段路程 往聖本篤車站”

“Lovely apartment. Very secure and had all the amenities that we required. A kitchen to cook, washing machine and dishwasher. rooms were really clean and lovely. Great toilet/bathroom and air con was a great bonus for the heatwave. Close metro station which was a big plus for helping to explore the city and beyond.”
