“Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. We never even got an email back. After 2 hours of arguing with her and expedia to try to get……

“如果有洗衣機就更加好喇，比如其它家庭旅館，多數都會有洗衣機的，就更加方便我們這些長途旅客。尤其是像現在冬天，我們都會帶的衣服比較多，出去外面洗衣店又要跑很遠，所以在房間內有洗衣幹衣機會更好。謝謝”

“位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。”

“Great location close to all the action on the river. A bit noisy at night until around 11pm but very quiet after that. Close to bars and restuarants and many of the attractions. Thought it had laundry facilities but only a short walk to laundrette. Cafe serves good coffee for Australian tastes.”
