Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Surprised there were no toilet seats in some toilets, the toilet lid in our room is broken, there is no ac so a single fan is supplied which was very difficult to position on 3 people. We asked for another but they did not give us one. The towels supplied for the pool were stained with what appeared to be makeup. The complimentary mini body cream and gel were half empty. Shower would often go cold or scolding in seconds. "Front desk person (older guy with glasses) was very rude and was always making faces. There was a lady who was in the breakfast room who was always super helpful and would always be smiling. The only reason I would go back would be because of her."

"We liked the large bedroom with soaring ceilings, cute decor and the charm and character of the old staircase, lift and narrow passageways. The shower water pressure was great and the aircon nice and cold after our days out exploring in the Milan heat! Very nice, large and comfy bed too."

"The accommodations were very nice and spacious. Close to restaurants and bars. The QR code was a bit difficult to use because the reader was a bit finicky. But it worked. There is no clothes dryer. "
