“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

“This stay went far beyond expectations. The property was lovely, spacious, and the view was absolutely breath taking. We really enjoyed spending most days out on the large balcony and reading, chatting, and enjoying meals. Nature is literally in your backyard here and it was fun seeing bunnies, squirrels and a wide variety of birds play or fly nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the cozyness of the furniture and decor here. It felt like a real home and not one of those empty,……

“Overall, we had a good stay and the location was great. Being able to walk across the street to Warner Bros. was a huge plus, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The biggest issue was parking. We stayed out late, and each night only the last spot was left. Other vehicles often took up more room than necessary, leaving very little space. The first night I scratched the entire side of my car on the bushes trying to fit and had to crawl out through the back. After that, I parked even……
