"Just returned from 12 fantastic days at this villa. We travelled as a family of 3 generations and was great for all. The location of the villa is great with a few restaurants within walking distance if desired. The heated pool was amazing, a lovely 29 degrees each day which made our little boy very happy. The villa is well equipped and the views from the bedrooms in the morning is stunning. John the host was great, met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed and gave some recommendations for food and drink locally. Overall a wonderful villa and host and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thankyou for sharing your villa with us. "

"Beautiful tranquil villa and gardens, outside space was exceptional - so comfortable and relaxing and very quiet. Lovely accommodation and all amenities you could wish for. Spotlessly clean. 5 min drive to several beautiful beaches. Wonderful views - picture of sunrise over Ibiza from the villa balcony and we enjoyed watching the eagles fly overhead every day. "

"Stunning villa!!! Pool was great, had everything you needed, the outside bar was amazing, the pool table was used often so was the hot tub. Monika was always happy to help, always checking to see if your ok..Only little thing I would say is it’s quite out of the way so a car would be advised. There is a Spanish bar, bakery, pizza, Indian, that are only 5-10 mins walk away. I would advise to take mosquitoe repellent and after bite spray. Playa (beach) l’Arenal is only 10 mins away in a taxi which is around 12 … Overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday."

"The villa had everything we wanted for our family, nice clean rooms, lovely outdoor area especially the pool and loungers. The sun terrace was a perfect place for breakfast and evening meals. One of the most important aspect of our holidays is to slow down and to have peace and quiet, the Villa offered this in abundance. Would definitely recommend the Villa. "

"A brilliant property for a big group of all ages. Well equipped, lots of space, felt at home the second we arrived. It was all as described and everything worked. First class communication with the owner and property manager, which was a real value add. A car essential as taxis in Javea continue to be painful. We would look to return in a heartbeat."

" Great location, large villa with multiple issues that could so easily be resolved. We arrived at the villa after a 1500 mile journey and were shown our villa, pool and gardens. That’s all there was, no cold bottle of water (Or wine), toilet rolls, soap, the basics. First thing we had to do was a big shop to get our basic needs catered for. The villa is just TIRED. Needs a lick of paint, doors stick against the floor, chairs with flat cushions from a 1970’s second hand store. Soft furnishings in the place need throwing out and replacing. Eating on the dining table was an experience, bit like dining on a surfboard, needs work to stop it wobbling. The condensation drain in the fridge is blocked leading to water build up inside. The Lady who met us, nothing personal, could take a gentler attitude with her guests, she’s a bit “Abrupt” shall we say… Maybe a cultural or language issue – I can’t speak German. TV is German and Spanish, no English. There were notes around threatening “Fines” – retune the TV – 50 euros, leave a dirty barbecue – 35 euros. The villa was perfectly adequate for our needs and we had a good time, just a touch more appreciation for our business would have been nice. The owner is not looking at repeat business aspect very much."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Chris and Helena’s property. They are the most wonderful hosts and the care was beyond our expectations. I stayed here with my dad and my two kids. Short walk to the swimming pool. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids. The pool is quite large and has two fun water slides. Very short walk to a little market where you can buy both food and household products. Walking distance the Cala Blanca Beach area and also not too far from Arenal Beach -we walked there twice. Convenient location that isn’t too close to Arenal. It’s nice and quiet here. My daughter said the place felt like home. 😊Would love to stay here again in the future.
