The unit has its own entrance in the back of our home with a private seating area that looks out over the river. The suite has LR/kitchen area (Queen sofa bed), one bedroom with King size bed and one bath with shower. Home is located 10 minute walk from downtown Kennebunk. The Kennebunk beach is a 4.5 mile drive. Portland is a 30 minute drive. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks and enjoy time on the river. We have a dock for easy access, though water levels can vary depending on the season and rainfall, so launching may not always be ideal directly from the dock. This property is like stepping into a dream, the location on the river and flowers were just magical. The décor was gorgeous and tasteful, I particularly enjoyed the art work.
