Beware of parking and location
The unit overall is basically as advertised. A bit beat up and shabby, but that’s to be expected of an ocean-front rental property at this price point. Some tired and worn parts (rust, water stains, etc.), but the bed is comfy and the AC unit works just fine (which was appreciated in the heat). However, finding the unit itself was a major pain. Online GPS directs drivers to the wrong side of the block and, depending on the time of day, it's a nightmare navigating all the vehicle and pedestrian traffic to find the actual unit. The listing is clear there is no parking available at the apartment, but it doesn't really prepare you for the reality of finding a place to leave a vehicle overnight. There are lots available nearby, but they charge anywhere between $40-$50 DAILY for overnight parking. A meter maid also informed us that overnight street parking is generally not permitted, and you're not really in a position to negotiate if you're trying to find a place at around 4:00 pm in the evening with the swell of auto and foot traffic. It's EXTREMELY hectic. We ended up finding a decent place about 3/4 of a mile away that charged us $25 for overnight parking. So, be prepared to double park near the unit to unload your bags and then walk about 3/4 of a mile back (unless you want to drag your bags that far). It’s obviously not the rental management company’s fault that traffic is bad or that GPS gives faulty directions. Perhaps, however, the listing can be updated to make clear the unit building is on the opposite side of the block where GPS directs. A heads up about evening traffic would be helpful as well.

Perfect little space, very beachy. Excellent distance from beach and pubs. There’s a weird sound coming from the refrigerator every now and then and air conditioning would be a HUGE draw, but as it is, I still want to rebook your space again this fall 😊

Beach Getaway
The condo was nice and I felt the neighborhood was safe. There was just a few hiccups with locating the property the first night and also gaining access to the condo the second day. We called the hotline on both occasions and the problem was resolved within minutes. All and all the condo met our needs and was very nice.

This location is great just a few minutes walk to the beach, a cute coffee shop downstairs, restaurant, some shops. Parking is a little tight. I was happy that the apartment was clean. The train does go by very early in the Am. I was happy that I could take my dog. One thing I would change would be a faster response to messages.

Place was clean and comfortable and a nice short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Love that it's dog friendly! We had a great stay to celebrate our anniversary!
