Private Parking! About this space: This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland's Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands. Many of the city's best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are within walking distance from the house. Park your car in the private parking spot behind the house and forget about it for a while and enjoy the city! The space: The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather. The living room leads out to a private deck area. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds. The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics) Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack 'n Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know, and we will set them up for you. Guest access All areas of the house are available to our guests. Other things to note There is one parking spot for our guests in the parking lot behind the house. If you are visiting with 2 cars, there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple of doors down. The house is super comfortable and in a great location. It’s an easy walk to old port and many fabulous coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. Jennifer is a gracious host and provided numerous suggestions for activities and dining in the Portland area. Communication was quick and clear. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Carol H. This private dwelling had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Set in the Munjoy Hill area with plenty in walking distance, my husband and I brought our bikes for easy an access to everything Portland has to offer. We even stole away to Peaks island for a day. All high end finishings and fixtures right down to the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Location was perfect for us, a walk through the neighborhood to the Old Port about 20 mins.
