Nuestra propiedad está rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, tiendas de antigüedades y excelentes parques. Puede cruzar la calle hacia un restaurante y obtener una hamburguesa votada como la mejor hamburguesa # 4 de la nación, o dar la vuelta a la esquina a un restaurante que aparece en la revista Food and Wine, o caminar por la manzana a uno de los bares más cool de Portland. Plenty of room. Beds comfortable. Best kitchen I've had in terms of cookware and supplies. Note, there is a 2nd smart TV in the upstairs master bedroom in the sitting area. I will say there are 2 sets of stairs in house and both have narrow treads. However, I've been in many Portland homes that have basements and 2 floors and they are all built the same way. 4) It is adjacent to a Fetch coffee shop/ bakery, a Starbucks and PDX sliders within the same block. Very convenient yet still a very quiet private street. And all the places you want go in Portland are an easy 15 minutes away. 5) Stewart and Josie are as big part of why I would go back. They live in a ADU on the property but you would not know they were there unless you need them. Everything worked in the house so I did not need them but got advice on hiking trails etc.. Excellent hosts. If you are going to Portland stay here. ##### Charles P. The property was comfortable, clean, well appointed both quality and cleanliness of appliances, cookware, bed linens and towels. The neighborhood was walkable with restaurants and coffee shops. Sellwood neighborhood shops were a 15 minute walk. We were a group of siblings visiting our sister who lived close by. Despite the rain we were able to visit and enjoy the neighborhood shops. ##### C T. Beds and bedding were heavenly along with the thick towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything from soup to nuts (almost literally!)
