We have been visting this hotel for many years as it’s an oasis of tranquillity just outside Lisbon’s centre. We sense though that it’s not run v well as a brand. We have been about 16 times but each time we are asked if it’s our first visit!! Breakfasts are excellent and food generally is good but the restaurant in the evening is usually empty with zero atmosphere and v pricey when compared to many restaurants in the City. Facilities are good especially the gardens and pool. We escaped serious injury when the glass ceiling in a lift collapsed just as we were about to enter it. Probably just bad luck but disconcerting. We shall return but it could be so much better

Although we had the most contact with Margarida, Vladimir was also excellent. Both were very helpful. We loved the location of the place and the accommodations were comfortable for us all. Thank you!

The property is well located and it is a cozy place. The staff are very friendly.
