"The room was huge. Staff was friendly and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant (including waiting until late for a late checkout). Breakfast was good. I didn’t try the restaurant in the site, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is in an old town house that’s very charming. A bit old but facilities are in great condition. Parking on the street was easy to find (which works great if you’re coming at a weekend, since parking is not charged on weekends), and it’s easy to walk to the...

"An exceptional stay in the heart of Porto!
Márcia, who helped us with the check-in instructions, was kind and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly.
The apartment is spotless, well located, and truly comfortable, a real gem in downtown Porto.
Definitely better than a hotel… we felt right at home!

"Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient area. Easily walkable to main areas as well as to the bus stop to take you up the coast to Foz area. The hotel is also located on a pedestrian only street which was lovely. The pool and saunas (dry and wet options) were exceptional in making my stay that much more relaxing. It rained and was windy during part of my stay and the hotel had very sturdy umbrellas available for guests. Very convenient as I did not need to purchase one for my stay. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond assisting me when the elevator was not working to bring me up to my floor after using the spa amenities. They updated my keys, tested them, and brought them directly to my room. It was very much appreciated! They were also able to store my luggage before and after check in, allowing me to take full advantage of exploring the beautiful city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to other travellers!"
"A little late in this Review. We spent three nites in mid October. We loved our stay in this hotel, from it's location right off the river but a little away from the crowds. The room and service were stellar. Everyone was pleasant and very accommodating . The morning breakfast was excellent as well, and they had coffee, tea and snacks in the evening. We would stay there in a minute if ever in Porto again "
"Amazing hotel built into the side of the cliff right next to the iconic iron bridge. Wonderful staff, nice upscale restaurant but also cozy wine bar and foyer cafe. "
"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Europe. It had a local of local flavor in the rooms and hallways. It is a very central location. Everything was easy and smooth. "
