The Space:

This cosy studio flat has been carefully designed for your comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The functional kitchenette includes a dining table and is fully equipped for preparing your meals. The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. For your entertainment, the flat offers cable TV and high-speed internet. Make yourself at home and book now!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the privileged location of our flat on Rua do Bonjardim, just a few steps from the Marquês metro station, in the heart of Porto. The street, with its village charm, offers a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Discover traditional restaurants such as Antunes and Capa na Baixa, or try more alternative options such as Crêperie Le Gwenn Ha Du and Portughandi, famous for its Indian cuisine. Explore the local history, once known as ‘Lugar da Aguardente’ (Place of Brandy), and enjoy the proximity to shops and other attractions. Praça do Marquês is within walking distance, providing easy access to everything Porto has to offer.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). In addition, the apartment is well connected to an extensive public transport network, making it easy to reach various parts of the city. For those travelling by car, there is paid parking nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The key collection is made at our Welcome Center – Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!



There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock and a technical intervention is needed – price upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the extra costs.



The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).



Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, which may cause noise from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests. As such, we follow a transparency policy to ensure our guests' expectations are properly managed. Our mission is to ensure Liiiving is easy!
