I stayed at this hotel for my birthday last week and enjoyed my time there. The only issue that I had with the hotel was the spotty Wi-Fi. It was great in the lobby but in my room, it would disconnect frequently.

Eurostars Porto Douro
The best part was the location. Walking distance from everywhere, right before the tunnel which is where the traffic begins. Will stay here again. Breakfast buffet pastries are great. Sometimes they have passion fruit.

Breakfast was very reasonable (10€) and decent spread for a continental breakfast - beats paying much more for airport food. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable. Beautiful hotel with great lobby and great room Only problem is it is 15 minute walk to most attractions and not many restaurants nearby and the gym is outdoors and very limited equipment If you need a gym don’t stay here
