Villa en résidence avec très belle vue sur la mer. Le logement a été entièrement refait je pense car tout semblait neuf. Équipement moderne. La villa n’est pas facile à trouver la première fois car ne donne pas sur la rue et il n’y a pas d’indication de nom ni de numéro. Ne chose à améliorer donc

Points positifs: les draps sont propres, c est tres calme, belle vue de la terrasse sur la baie de Santa Giulia.la douche est bien. Points negatifs: la serrure pour ouvrir et fermer la porte est difficile a operer( on a failli rester enfermé dehors). Les murs et les portes sont dans un etat un peu degradés (peinture qui s'effrite). Les prises de la chambre tombent du mur.( pas fixées). Le mobilier (matelas) pas tres frais. Prix elevé.

Tout est parfait, belle plage, vue magnifique, villa tout confort , propre et en ordre cependant, gros soucis de la part du gérant qui n'est pas à la hauteur pour indiquer l'emplacement de l'établissement et les divers détails pour s'installer. Cette villa doit appartenir au père fourat car c'est le parcours du combattant pour la dénicher, dommage sinon, ce serais parfait. Bonne chance aux prochains, prenez une boussole, engagez un détective et armez vous de patience.

Bonjour, je n'ai pas pu prendre possession de cette location. A notre arrivée sur les lieux vers 16h personne sur place pour nous accueillir, le numéro de tel qui était affiché sur la réservation nous a renvoyé sur une autre personne qui nous a indiqué ou se situait exactement le bien et nous a expliqué que le ménage n'avait pas pu être fait nous à donné un code de boite à clé codé pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. l'appartement que nous avons découvert était dans un état pitoyable, bien sûre pas de ménage de fait, quasiment la moitié des éclairages inexistants ou cassés et même à la limite dangereux dans la salle de bain avec lavabo bouché ainsi que la douche donc aucun moyen de se laver... Une odeur de moisi dans tout l'appartement, la baie vitrée qui fait office de porte d'entrée inutilisable. Aucune consigne d'utilisation du bien et des appareils aucun état des lieux. Nous avons donc recontacté la personne par sms pour lui faire part de notre mécontentement et qu'il fasse de toute urgence intervenir au moins un plombier pour déboucher les canalisations de la salle de bain.Il nous à simplement répondu qu'il n'y aurait pas de plombier avant le lundi matin!!! (jour de notre départ).Nous avons donc pris la décision de quitter cette réservation qui n'était absolument pas utilisable dans ces conditions et en avons informé le propriétaire. Qui nous a répondu: c'est votre choix hier j'apprends que ce monsieur c'est permis de débiter mon compte de 160 euros
