Fantastic all around!!

This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway that is calm and relaxing yet so close to everything. Highly recommend you rent a car in Sardinia- made life so much easier and more fun to get around. You’d definitely Need it to drive up and back when you want to the retreat. Only thing missing is a gift shop on site especially If you need small items last minute but there’s a market down the hill that is a five minute drive. Special thank you to the front desk and restaurant and bar staff! Francesca took good care of us at check in. Can’t wait to return!

First of all, the hotel is not beach front…. It is beach access from a side street. You are given a free pass for only one day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. After that, the daily cost is 25 euro. Staff were very kind and willing to assist in any way. The breakfast was very good but did not change day to day. It was pretty much the same every day. There is no evening night life at this hotel. No bands, music etc. Guests gather around the pool nightly for cocktails with a view of the restaurant “Ninos”. A bit uncomfortable if you’re the ones having dinner. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds but small showers. There are mini coffee makers in the room but not in the lobby and you are charged 3 euro for water in your fridge. My recommendations, rent a car, you are then free to explore the island. Stop at the supermercato for munchies and water. We bought an umbrella for 15 euro and bought a blanket. Overall a nice stay but Pittolungo is a very quiet area at night. Perfect if you’re looking for quiet downtime with no crowds or loud music.

We spent four nights at this property, and overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience, especially the staff who provided exceptional service from beginning to end. The highlights of the property include clean rooms, a refreshing and well-maintained pool excellent after a long day of sightseeing in the Sardinian heat, a delicious breakfast, including everything necessary to start your day, a great beach (not on property) with drink and food service, and an amazing after hours bartender (Gabriele) who made our stay extra special by always taking the time to speak with us. The only con is the distance into town. It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk, and with the Sardinian heat, it was too long. We tried it once and then opted to drive into town.
