"The hotel is oceanfront but there is no beach at the property. We didn’t pay much attention when booking it but the hotel provides TukTuk transportation to 3 different beaches around including Marina’s and Carvoeiro- 5 min ride which was a really good surprise. We had a car but just used to go to beaches far away and for the rest we used the TukTuk for everything since parking after certain time at the beach is very difficult. The hotel is close by to central carvoeiro where you can walk to Bonecas bar and other restaurants around. The view is amazing and experience was really great. Rooms felt a bit outdated but we were in 3 and they were able to accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast was very nice, lots of families with kids , great environment."

"Gorgeous property within a convent! We loved everything about it - food, drinks, COFFEE!, pool, terrace, and bars! Every inch of the property was beautifully designed. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would definitely LIVE at Locke! I cannot wait to return and stay longer! Thank you everyone for the great vibes, conversation, and pleasant stay! Shoutout to Nat at the front desk for helping with our oversized luggage and the team that made my coffee with love at Castro's. Perhaps the best coffee I've had in Lisboa!"
