"Nice room and good food in bar"

"So this hotel is absolutely amazing. In order of importance: 1) It is extremely clean and well renovated (and I’m very picky). 2) The decor and design is stunning. We came around the holiday time and the Christmas decorations were like from a magazine. 3) The breakfast was delicious - lots of pound cakes, tarts, croissants, croquettes, yogurt, cereals, freshly squeezed juices, sourdough breads, fruits, etc. They also custom the eggs to your liking. 4) Customer service is top tier. The staff always took our pictures. They celebrated my son’s birthday by bringing him a cake and singing him Happy Birthday, we were so touched. Everyone there is friendly, polite, and professional. Room service is quick to service the room. I want to specifically call out André Silva, Marta Lopes, and Thaissa Monteiro for taking especially good care of my family and I during breakfast at the restaurant. They were exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday memorable and special. We will definitely be back."

"We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything."

"We had a wonderful experience at Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge during our recent visit to Lisbon. The location couldn't be better - perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations for us at some fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall, Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, attentive service, made it the perfect base for our Lisbon adventure. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
