“It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.”

“Staff was very help full, restroom and beds , needs to upgrade , very low standard the price was charged,we stayed in saudia , at Marriott Makkah , Shaza at madina and we were expecting five star , because this hotel was build long time ago but rooms need up grade, next door room can hear all notices late nite disturbing rest and sleep, but any way our family enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed stay and we will come again Insha Alah. “when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv……

“The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at……
