“Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. A cozy oasis, with all the modern amenities you want in a charming exterior. The coffee options were excellent:) Trever and Julian were very responsive and helpful. “Such a great place to stay in DC! This house was so cute and walkable to all of the best spots in Capitol Hill. There were several great restaurants and cafes right around the corner (Call Your Mother is the BEST for breakfast). Check in/out was super easy and the house itself was very comfortable. “The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time.
