“Die Anlage als solche ist schön, vor allem der Pool und der Ausblick. Das Appartement war allerdings eine Frechheit. Zwei total zerschlissene Sofas aus Kunstleder mit Kunstlederüberwurf, gefühlt 30 Jahre alt. Das Bad war auch alt und häßlich. W-lan sollte ohne Passwort funktionieren. Wir hatten allerdings nur äußerst schlechtes W-lan vom Pool (nur im vorderen Teil des Appartements). Personal (Rezeption) unfreundlich und genervt. Es scheint neuere Appartements zu geben. “Breakfast buffet needed more variety ”

“Beautiful location and great service, with great potential. This boutique hotel is built extremely well, and with only a little effort, has the potential to be exceptional. The pool, breakfast were great. The room decor (like cheap chandelier lights) look out of place and dated. The entry door handle fell off when we closed the door. The biggest issue was that our towels smelled like bacteria-laden dirty rags. Although we were quickly given replacement towels, the smelly ones should never have……

“We love the Karalis city hotel. The views of the bay, Pylos and sunsets were AMAZING! We loved the balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite breakfast buffet was extensive. We stayed in two rooms and the more expensive room was the most modernized and had the most comfortable mattresses but the lower/mid price room was very good and modernized although we found these mattresses to be a bit firm.but it had a great couch- designed to be a perfect third bed.
