Carpet in hall was stained and loose. First non-smoking room smelled like smoke. When we complained, the desk staff moved us to another room. The second room smelled kind of musty. The toilet there had visible dirt spots on the seat. The toilet seat was loose and wobbled when you sat on it. The tub would not drain. The shower curtain had been repaired with safety pins. The complimentary breakfast the next morning had cereal, with no milk. We reserved the room for three nights, but left after one. In response to my complaints via Expedia, the property agreed to refund the 2 nights we did not stay. So apparently staff does try to fix things when you complain. But we were not the only unsatisfied customers. Another person was complaining at breakfast about the property. I would not stay there again.

Rooms were fair, but the bathroom shower curtain sticks to you when showering as it is not out of the tub for enough, the freeway noise is loud and the window curtains don’t block out the morning light. This place could use some upgrades.

We’re Montana locals and our last stay was pretty abismal, but we wanted to check out the new pools for a birthday… unfortunately, that was a poor choice. The property is run down and lacks attention- the new pools aren’t properly heated and after talking to 2 dozen other people, everybody agreed that was more of a pool than a hot spring. Bummer. On the other hand, 3 people from our group were scalded in the small hot pool, it was ABSOLUTELY hotter than state law allows-our guess was probably around 111. We should have taken the hint from the fact that there were no other people soaking in there, but where’s the management? Oh wait, it was nothing but 5 teenage kids on their phones the entire night. The bed was collapsed and left my husband sleeping in a hole, the ceilings look like tie-dye art with all of the water leaks present, and a cup of hot coffee seemed impossible to get. Desk staff that gives you the impression you’re an nuscance to them. Overall, there’s just really not much good left to say about this place.

The bathroom floor was very sticky and behind the door it was coming up. Terrible! The flooring between beds was pulling up. Wore shoes the whole time, could have cut feet. Dirty floors and bath tub, stained ceiling tiles. Bar of soap was only thing in bathroom and bath towels were small. They did have coffee in the morning. Will not stay at a Motel 6 again.
