Really bad experience. Old and dingy. I booked a suite with a bathtub and got an ada suite and was basicall told to kick rocks. The gym equipment was seemingly from 1978, with a broken clock on the wall to kick it all off. Our furniture had someone else’s blood on it. I was not offered any expedia platinum perks … in fact I had to search for an employee to check in. When I found her in the office she was gleefully scrolling reels wity a coworker laughing, and I was apparently a huge bummer. I tried to call to see if I could get a second robe as I booked for two ppl… the phone disconnected… I waited for a call back… and waited. No call back, so I called them and was handed off to another person. I got a robe after about an hour of dropped calls… no call back and just general malarkey. The bed was awful, the pillows sucked. Karen the day manager was efficient . I’ll wait and see if she honors her word for a discount. Let me circle back to THERE WAS OTHER PPLS BLOOD ON OUR FURNITURE! Do not recomend. Don’t let the arts facade lure you in. There is nothing whimsical or creative about this spot. Certainly zero attention to detail

Property under renovations, so it is what it was. Room clean but could use some further work such as bath wall switch recessed inward instead of on the outside of wall. Property fee of $15 charged was dumb. Not sure if the property fee is a disguised resort fee. Property is in disarray so I didn’t understand the charge. Staff were great. Location in Frankfort was convenient to restaurants.
