⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! I had a great experience at this hotel. The building is in excellent condition, everything looks well-maintained and clean. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect — the metro is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the center of Madrid in minutes. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended! La ubicación es perfecta: el metro está a pocos minutos caminando, lo que facilita llegar al centro de Madrid. La zona es tranquila y segura, con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. En general, un lugar ideal para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y buena ubicación. ¡Muy recomendable!

Convenience. Accessible

This apartment is in prime location! Everything was so convenient and we walked everywhere. The apartment is super cute and very clean. It has all the things you will need. Host was pretty responsive. I highly highly recommend this apartment.

Good hotel, good location, nice staff

Kind staff, but too much and not authentic. As soon as we’d walk in they would scramble to all get up and greet us - really not necessary and seemed forced. Clean, but plumbing issues - water drainage in bathroom sink and shower/tub were inadequate. Bathroom was separated and had door. No fan, with the door closed it gets very hot in there. Temperature control in room was not working well. Air conditioner was blasting throughout the night (facing the bed directly) and if would change the temp by .5 degrees, would shut off and be hot. There was no sensor or automatic function, No turn down service; for the price being charged this should be a must.
