“Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna……

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Heizung und eine Klimaanlage und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar einige Lebensmittel wie z.B. Olivenöl oder Gewürze waren schon vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Das Bad ist geräumig, mit Waschmaschine und großer Dusche. Wir waren mit unserem vier Monate alten Baby dort und hatten ein Beistellbett im Schlafzimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. ”

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3\. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
