Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night.
To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

Great helpful service, great location, great breakfast! We would definitely stately stay here again. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and gave us a free upgrade. Overall a very positive experience!
