“Hotel was nice and staff pleasant. BUT I chose this hotel because it listed air conditioned rooms. The A/C systems were not turned on yet. Our room got quite warm and a call to the desk confirmed no A/C was possible. Despite the Expedia listing. I filter my searches by ONE category- air conditioning. We then opened the one window to cool the room. After 5 minutes of hearing the dogs barking in Sinaia, we had to close the window, toss the covers off, and make do. Fortunately one there one……
