"Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et l'établissement est dans un état lamentable (voir photos : piscine inaccessible, extérieurs très sales...). Apparemment et après renseignement dans le village, cet établissement est fermé aussi bien comme restaurant que comme hébergement.
Je vais revenir vers vous pour demander le remboursement du séjour ! Dans le cas contraire, un dépôt de plainte sera fait !
Il serait obligatoire qu'un site comme le votre soit obligé de...

"we likedvthe air conditioning and the fridge. The resturant was also excellent.
The room did smell stale when we first arrived but that soon went. The shower was awful."
