"Our AC was broken but they got us into another rook quickly, the breakfast was great, downtown was right near the hotel and had so many options. The people at the hotel are so nice. "

"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

"This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated....

"Começa que o endereço do hotel não chega no hotel. O nome da fachada é diferente… Os quartos são péssimos, sujos, banheiro nem se fala. Tudo muito precário! As fotos são bem tratadas, porque pessoalmente é bem diferente! A internet não funciona, só na recepção. A saída realmente dá na praia, mas não vale a pena ficar em um lugar tão precário. "
