“This is our second stay here for our anniversary. I hope we make this an annual habit. We always leave so relaxed after our stay and the fishing was fantastic. My Wife enjoyed sitting in the swing and watching me catch one large bass after another.We recommend Doe’s Hideaway to two of our friends and both will be reserving dates. I think the fishing pictures pushed them over the edge.Fantastic spot to kick back and relax. Highly recommend this home. We didn’t even turn on the TV until the end of……

“We had a great experience. The communication from them was excellent, definitely above anyone I have dealt with. The property is new but has great accommodations, especially if you RV. We rented one of the cabins.”

“The house was clean when we walked in and even smelled clean which is always a plus. Had no major issues with our stay. It was nice being close enough to Waco that it only took 12min to get to Baylor and only 7min from Homestead which was nice for morning pasties and coffee. Extra points also for having a pizza pan.”

“Property was nice. A little loud in the evenings due to others partying in the common area. Music was loud. Hot tube was slimy so we didn’t use it. Also, we thought our cabin was “on the water”. It was across the street. So if you want waterfront (we did), make sure to ask about it before renting. Other that that the place gets 5 stars! I do recommend the property. Fun, relaxing time.”

“Perfect cute little cabin for our stay. More roomy and cozy than a hotel and just the perfect amount of space for us. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. The host was very responsive as well.”

“Everything that could be needed or wanted was there. It was a very cute place to stay. There were some bugs, but not as many as I would have thought given the location. Overall would stay agin. The one problem we had, was quickly fixed.”
